slip and fall cases, but including medical malpractice and products liability.
Experience includes litigation of wrongful death cases, wrongful termination of
employment and criminal matters.
1992-1994:
Associate in the personal injury law firm of Reiner & Jansen, Redding,
California (1992-1994), practicing exclusively in the plaintiff’s personal
injury and products liability areas.
1990-1992:
Sole practitioner, personal injury, criminal, and business litigation in Redding.
1986-1990:
Partner and associate with the insurance defense law firm of Halkides & Morgan,
Redding, CA (1986-1990), practicing exclusively in the personal injury field,
including automobile collision and slip/trip and fall cases in Shasta, Butte,
Siskiyou, Trinity, Humboldt, Tehama, Modoc and Lassen Counties.
1983-1986:
Deputy District Attorney for the counties of Shasta and Colusa.
1980-1983:
